28-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your BELLIVETTE pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return policy, meaning you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused, in the same condition that you received it  
• In its original BELLIVETTE packaging  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase  

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)  
• Gift cards  

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions along with the return address.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@bellivette.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
